Pillar 03 · Platform

Two-way calendar

Native Google Calendar + Microsoft Outlook OAuth. Auto-create meetings, conflict detection, on-demand reconcile.

Two-way OAuth

Google Calendar via Google OAuth2. Outlook via Microsoft Graph (custom). One consent, one click. Tokens are encrypted at rest via libsodium, never logged.

Auto-create after acceptance

When an attendee accepts a meeting request, the event is created instantly on both calendars — invitation, location (session room or networking lounge), conflict checking included.

Conflict detection

Before proposing a slot, the system checks the availability of both attendees. If a conflict, automatic proposal of 3 alternative slots.

On-demand reconcile

If a sync has drifted (expired token, calendar modified outside the platform), a "Reconcile" button rebuilds the agenda and restores coherence without manual effort.

Export on registration

As soon as an attendee registers, the event is automatically added to their calendar — blocks the day, reserves chosen sessions, anticipates conflicts.
