Why this program
The first 10 customers are not customers like the others.
They sign up when there are no case studies yet, no network effect yet, no logos on the homepage yet. They take the risk on a product that hasn't finished its curve. The Founding 10 program acknowledges this — explicitly, and for the lifetime of their subscription.

Your logo displayed in the "they trust us" wall on smartconnection.be, in our investor decks and pitch materials. You are the social proof we cite.
Vote on the roadmap
Access to the internal Linear board. You vote on features. The 10 Founding voices weigh more than all incoming requests — explicitly, on every quarterly planning cycle.
Direct founder Slack
No helpdesk, no ticket, no first-level triage. My Slack. Reply within 24 working hours. For bugs, strategic questions, and the feature ideas you have at 11 pm on a Tuesday.
In return, you commit to:
- Provide a written testimonial after 3 months of real usage (1-2 paragraphs).
- Hold one 30-minute call per quarter with the founder for structured feedback.
- Tolerate the rough edges of a young product — you're early, by definition.

Before booking a call.
How long is the program open?
Until the 10 seats are claimed. No artificial calendar deadline. The counter at the top of this page is updated manually after each signature — you see the real state.
And if SmartConnection shuts down in two years?
Good-faith commitment to continue development for a minimum of 36 months. Beyond that, in the unlikely event of shutdown, we commit to providing a full export of your data + 6 months of maintained service for transition. The platform code being internal, we cannot guarantee open-source release on shutdown.
What happens if I pause my subscription?
You leave the program. If you come back within 12 months, the Founding price and all the perks are restored. Beyond 12 months of interruption, you go back to the standard pricing tier.
Does the Founding pricing apply if I upgrade to Pro or Business later?
Yes. The discount percentage (~34% vs Essential standard) is applied to the current pricing tier at the time of your upgrade. Pro Founding = €1,640 / year instead of €2,490. Business Founding = €4,615 / year instead of €6,990.
Will my logo stay on the homepage if I leave the program?
No. The logo is displayed for the duration of the active contract. At the end of the subscription, it is removed within the following week. This is aligned with the spirit of the program: mutual trust is renewable, not a permanent acquired right.
Will I really have impact on the roadmap?
Yes, because there are only 10 Founding voices. Every quarter, I publish the state of the backlog in the Founding Slack channel, you vote your 3 priorities, and Founding votes weigh 5× more than standard incoming requests. Concretely: if 4 Founding members vote for a feature, it ships ahead of 20 incoming requests.
Who is this program for?
Serious organizers (business clubs, federations, chambers of commerce, alumni networks, tech communities) who run 3-10 events a year for 30 to 1,500 participants. Not for one-shot event agencies, not for organizers of large trade shows > 5,000 pax — this is not our product target.
