How it works

From registration, each attendee fills a structured profile: industry, seniority, networking objective, geography, company size, intent (sell, buy, recruit, learn, partner). The algorithm computes a 0-100 compatibility score between each pair of attendees and proposes a personalized short-list.

Classic mode: maximizes compatibility score. Ideal for B2B conventions where everyone seeks precise matches.

Discovery mode: injects 30% complementary profiles (adjacent industries, different seniorities). Ideal for clubs and alumni where diversity enriches the network.
