1. Service Description

SmartConnect is a B2B networking platform offering: participant profile, Smart Matching, messaging, schedule, gamification, and push notifications.

2. Service Access

Reserved for adults invited by an organizer. You are responsible for actions taken from your account and the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. User Obligations

Provide truthful information, use the service in a professional setting, respect other participants (zero tolerance for harassment) and do not impersonate.

4. Prohibited Uses

It is strictly forbidden to send spam, scrape data, bypass security or share illicit content. Any breach results in immediate account suspension.

5. Liability and Termination

SmartConnect is not responsible for interactions between participants or organizer decisions. You can request account deletion via support@smartconnection.be.
