SmartConnection is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect identity data (email, name, company, role, optional photo), activity data (badges, messages, networking requests, gamification) and technical data (Sentry logs, push subscriptions).
Your data is used exclusively for authentication, participant profile, Smart Matching, internal messaging, sending push notifications and detecting technical errors. We never sell your data.
Your data may be shared with the event organizer and our infrastructure sub-processors (Supabase, Sentry).
Messages are private: only the people in the conversation can access them. Push notifications require your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.
