SmartConnect is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Collected

We collect identity data (email, name, company, role, optional photo), activity data (badges, messages, networking requests, gamification) and technical data (Sentry logs, push subscriptions).

2. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for authentication, participant profile, Smart Matching, internal messaging, sending push notifications and detecting technical errors. We never sell your data.

3. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with the event organizer and our infrastructure sub-processors (Supabase, Sentry).

4. Messaging and Notifications

Messages are private and encrypted. Push notifications require your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, permanently delete your account and data, restrict processing and object. Contact us at support@smartconnection.be.
